Congratulations to all involved in the construction of these brand-new EPC A rated commercial units at Exeter’s Skypark flagship development.

The £210 million development is predicted to create up to 6,500 new jobs with a significant positive impact on the local economy as part of the wider Exeter and East Devon New Growth Point initiative.

London Building Control’s Southwest staff team were pleased to be able to provide the building control advice on the construction of the 35 shell and core commercial units.
