This project provided a bespoke collection of 6 luxurious and spacious apartments, houses and office space.

Works consisted of:

Part demolition of existing industrial buildings.
The new build construction of 6 no. flats, 4 no. terrace houses and 1 no. commercial unit
Refurbishment of an existing warehouse to create 2 commercial units.
Post completion fit out works.
